Casemiro, Richarlison out of Brazil’s Copa America squad

Brazil manager Dorival Júnior has featured Endrick in his 23-man roster for the Copa América while the Gunners attacker Gabriel Jesus, Spurs’ Richarlison, and the Red Devils Casemiro are among the high-profile players that are not part of the squad.

Júnior also announced that Richarlison had missed out on the squad after sustaining a calf problem with Tottenham.

Palmeiras teenage star Endrick, who will join Los Blancos after the Copa América in the USA, shone in his nation’s last 2 matches two months ago.

The 17-year-old forward netted his 1^st goal for Brazil in a 1-0 victory vs. England at Wembley before scoring in a 3-3 friendly draw with Spain in Júnior’s 1^st match in charge.

Brazil are without their all-time scorer Neymar, who will miss the competition with a knee problem.
