The Blues can’t stop buying players.

Chelsea are close to ink winger Michael Olise from Crystal Palace after triggering a release clause in his deal for about 45 million dollars.

The young player can become the Blues’ 9th big signing in the current transfer window.

The France Under-21 international had 11 assists for his team in the Premier League in the past campaign and became part of Palace from Reading on a 5-year deal in 2021.

The 21-year-old winger was a member of Chelsea’s youth academy before leaving at the aged fourteen.

Olise is currently sidelined with a hamstring problem that he suffered appearing for France in the European Under-21 Championship.

The winger impressed with the Eagles in the past season as he gave 11 assists and netted 2 goals in 37 matches and was named Crystal Palace player of the year.
