Clippers beat Lakers 125-118 to climb to 5th place

Norman Powell scored 27 points, and Kawhi Leonard added 25 for Los Angeles Clippers to win against Los Angeles Lakers 125-118 at Crypto.com Arena.

After this victory Clippers are in 5^th place in the West while the Lakers go down to 7^th. The team of Tyronn Lue ended a 2-game losing streak tonight.

That was the Clippers’ 11th win in a row against the Lakers. The last victory of the team led by LeBron James was in the bubble.

LeBron James notched 33 points as he scored 30 of them in the second half. Austin Reaves added 20, but that was not enough, and the Lakers lost for the 1^st time in their last 5 games. That was only the 2^nd loss of the LA Lakers in their last 9 matches in the league.

Los Angeles Clippers host Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday, while Los Angeles Lakers will also play at home and face Phoenix Suns on Friday night.
