World soccer star Lionel Messi will part ways with Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season. Christophe Galtier confirmed before the team’s last match of the season.
“I had the privilege of coaching the best player in history. The match against Clermont will be his last at the Parc des Princes and I dare to hope that he will be welcomed in the best possible way. This year he was always ready for the team and was an important part of the squad,” Galtier revealed at a press conference before the last round in Ligue 1.

“In a season with the World Cup in the middle, he finished with 21 goals and 20 assists. Messi has always played for the team and it was a great privilege to be together this year,” PSG coach added.
