Dallas, Diggs finalizing 5-year, 97 million dollar contract

The Dallas Cowboys and star CB Trevon Diggs are reaching a 5-campaign extension worth 97 million dollars that carries an inking bonus of more than 21 million dollars.

Trevon, a 2-time Pro Bowl selection and a 1^st-team All-Pro in 2021, has 17 interceptions in 3 seasons for Dallas, including a league’s 11 in 2021.

A 2^nd round selection in the 2020 NFL Draft, he was set to begin the final campaign of his deal.
