Roberto de Zerbi will leave Brighton after their last EPL match this campaign vs. Manchester United tomorrow, the team announced today.
De Zerbi, who replaced Graham Potter in the fall of 2022, led the Seagulls to a 6th-place finish in the league in the past campaign – the highest in team’s history – and the team played in the Europa League.

The sales of Moisés Caicedo and Alexis Mac Allister in the past offseason hampered the Seagulls’ progress this campaign, and they are 10th in the league going into the final day of the season. They advanced to the 1/8 finals of the UEL, where AS Roma eliminated them.
“It is very unfortunate to leave the Seagulls, but I’m very happy about what my footballers and staff have achieved with the support of everyone on the team and our phenomenal supporters in the last 2 historical campaigns,” the Italian manager shared after the announcement that he is leaving Brighton.
