It will be Watson’s only second game in five weeks after recovering from shoulder injury.
The quarterback has been suffering from strained rotator cuff, which he sustained against Tennessee on September 24. As a result he missed 3 straight games and played only 12 snaps against Indianapolis on October 22.
Head-coach Kevin Stefanski revealed the 28-year-old had a solid training in the last week.
“He’s comfortable, and he has looked good,” Stefanski said.
Watson himself admitted on Thursday that he felt much better, but it is uncertain whether he will be viable for the game.
The Browns went 2-2 in the four games they played without Watson. Backup P.J. Walker helped Cleveland upset San Francisco on Oct. 15, and then came off the bench after Watson took a shot to his shoulder to beat the Colts.
