Nice hug between Novak Djokovic & Khachanov
Listen to that crowd. He was being booed at the start of the week

The Serb had to work hard as his stubborn opponent claimed the opening set. A near perfect Djokovic saw him claim the tie-break in the second to tie the match.
It seemed that from then on the world No.3 rediscovered his well known form as he didn’t give his opponent too many chances, clinching the last 2 sets with relative ease.
With his victory Djokovic now has 45 Grand Slam 1/2 finals, only 1 behind the record holder Roger Federer with 46.
The Serb will eagerly await his next opponent, who may well be Carlos Alcaraz – a long-awaited 1/2 final. The Spaniard faces No.5 Stefanos Tsitsipas in the last 1/4 final of the day.
