Sam had played for Edmonton twice before after 1st being drafted by the organization 6th overall in 2007. Gagner netted 8 goals and earned 14 points in 48 matches with the Winnipeg Jets in the past campaign.
He has appeared in 1,015 matches in the NHL as he has scored 192 goals and earned 519 points during his career in the league.
Brandon didn’t play in the NHL in the past 2 seasons. He struggled with long COVID and has been out since October 2021. He scored 9 goals and earned 12 points in 43 matches with the Vancouver Canucks in 2020-21.
Picked 11th overall by the Carolina Hurricanes in 2007, Sutter has notched 152 goals and earned 289 points in 770 matches in his career in the National Hockey League.
