Joel Embiid might leave the Philadelphia 76ers if the organization fails to win a championship in the coming seasons.
Embiid triumphed with the MVP for the 2022-23 campaign and will begin his 8th campaign in Philly as he already thinks about his future.
🚨 BREAKING: Joel Embiid has begun the process of forcing a trade.
“I just want to win championships. Whether in Philly or anywhere else…”
His eyes are set on Boston. He and Jayson Tatum want to “dominate the league like Kobe and Shaq did”. 👀 pic.twitter.com/8eMkwPeVho

“I just want to lift the title. I would do everything for that,” Joel shared in an interview. “I don’t know if I can win the championship with the 76ers or with another franchise; I just want to have a title to my name. I want to see how it feels when you triumph with your 1st one, and then you can focus on the next.
It will be hard, but it takes more than 1 or 2 3 guys. You got to have a good team around you, and every single day, I work hard to accomplish my dreams. So, when I wake up, I do everything I can to get closer to the championship.”
