Philadelphia Flyers announced that longtime tv analyst Keith Jones is the club’s new president of hockey operations.
Former forward Daniel Brier has been named permanent general manager after taking over the role at the end of the regular season after Chuck Fletcher was fired in early March.

For 23 years, Jones was an analyst for the Flyers on NBC Sports Philadelphia, and for the past two years behind the microphone on TNT. Before starting his television career, he played nine seasons in the NHL, the last three of which were with the Flyers.
