De’Aron Fox returned on court for Sacramento Kings after missing several games and that instantly put the spark back into their game to beat Cavaliers 132-120 on Monday night. Cleveland are still looking for back-to-back wins in the 2023-2024 season after good first half, but trailing after the break.
The Kings would get off to a quick start, getting 5 quick points, but the Cavs would rally and keep the first quarter tight and competitive, but as the quarter went on, the Kings would run away with it, closing with a 8 point lead thanks to 2 Malik Monk buckets.
Towards the end of the first half, Cleveland managed to rally back, and that was thanks to Donovan Mitchell who went on a hot streak, ending the half with 12 points and 4 assists. Evan Mobley also had a decent first half, heading to the locker room with 10 points.
