Paris Saint-Germain and France forward Randal Kolo Muani commented on the issue with Kylian Mbappe’s mask, which is causing discomfort for the star player during Euro 2024.
Mbappe suffered a nose fracture in the opening game for France on Euro 2024 against Austria, leading to him staying on the bench against Netherlands and returning with protective gear against Poland. Despite scoring from penalty in that match, Mbappe has been far from his best performance for the whole tournament and Kolo Muani knows why.
“When he got the mask, you can imagine that I tried it on. I even have pictures with it. You can’t see anything, really nothing. It must be very difficult to play with it,” said the 25-year-old Kolo Muani at a press conference.
France is set to face Spain in the Euro 2024 semi-final on July 9, while the other game in the last four is Netherlands – England.
