The Dutchman bagged six wins, 5 losses and 3 draws to leave the club, which clinched the title in 2020/21 linger in 7th place.
The club announced the news on Tuesday and pointed out the inconsistent results as the main reason behind their decision.
“In light of recent performances and results.” the club said in a statement. “Al Jazira FC board has decided to sack the first team coach, Frank De Boer, with immediate effect.”
De Boer is no stranger to short stints as he has a rich history after successfully managing Ajax from 2010 to 2016.
The 53-year-old managed Inter Mila for only 84 games and led Crystal Palace for less than two months after losing all league games.
He was also at the helm of the Dutch national team during their disappointing Euro 2020 campaign, where they crashed out in the last 16.
