The Carolina Panthers have dismissed head-coach Frank Reich after torrid start of the 2023-24, which saw them clinch only one win in 11 games.

“I met with Coach Reich this morning and informed him that he will not continue as head coach for the Carolina Panthers,” team owner David Tepper said in an official statement. “I want to thank Frank for his dedication and service, and wish him well.”
The Panthers currently have the worst record in the NFL as quarterback Bruce Young still struggles to adapt in his rookie season.
The franchise is no stranger to such changes as it fired two coaches last season to eventually notch 7 wins and 10 losses.
This is Reich’s second consecutive dismissal after he was given the sack by the Colts in 2022.
Special Teams Coordinator Chris Tabor will step in as his replacement in the role of an interim manager.
