“He was phenomenal,” Toronto head coach John Schneider shared. “I mean, Gausman was lights out.”
Gausman has whiffed 10 or more MLB-leading 5 times in his 12 games from the 1st minute.
“That’s an amazing rhythm,” Schneider claimed. “It’s a testament to how good he is on the pitch.”
Toronto won their 2nd straight series, as the last time they did it was in April.
With a 3-1 victory, the Toronto Blue Jays have claimed consecutive series wins for the first time since late April but doubt still looms over Alek Manoah.
