If everything goes smoothly the move is expected to be completed this week, which will put an end to month-long transfer saga, surrounding the English international.
Kane had one year left on his contract and was unlikely he would have stayed at Tottenham. Therefore, the London team tried to sell him, before he becomes a free agent.
The 30-year-old is Spurs’ all-time goal scorer with 280 goals in 435 appearances. He has been Bayern’s primary target throughout the whole summer as the Bavarians aim to fill in the void, left at the no.9 position by Robert Lewandowski in 2022.
