Miami beat Milwaukee 128-126 after overtime in Wisconsin.

Jimmy Butler notched 42 points to help the Miami Heat to win against Milwaukee Bucks 128-126 in OT after 2nd straight 4th quarter dominance. Miami won the 4th quarter 32-16 to force the overtime, beat them 10-8 in the OT, and eliminated the 1st seed in the East in the first-round postseason matchup at their venue Fiserv Forum.

Two days ago, the franchise from Florida scored 30 points against 13 from the Bucks in the last 6 minutes in Game 4 to come back and lead 3-1 back then.

Miami is only the 6th and 8th seed to win a series against the 1st seed. The previous time was when the Philadelphia 76ers eliminated Chicago Bulls in 2012.

Heat will face in ½ finals in the Eastern Conference 5th seeded New York Knicks, which won the series against Cleveland Cavaliers 4-1 earlier today.

The 1st game from the series between Miami and New York will be on Sunday in the Big Apple.

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 38 points and grabbed 20 boards, and Khris Middleton notched 33, but it wasn’t enough for the victory.
