The Violets scored after only 3 minutes as Nicolas Gonzalez netted from close range the Jonathan Ikone pass. However, the 1^st half ended with Inter lead after two goals from their Argentinian star Lautaro Martinez. The World Cup champion scored in the 29th minute after Marcelo Brozovic’s assist, and in the 37^th, as this time, Nicolo Barella gave him the pass.
