Inter won against Monza 2-0 at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in a matchup from the 1st round in Serie A and started the new Serie A season successfully even without Romelo Lukaku, who refused to stay in the club with a permanent transfer.
Lautaro Martinez netted the 1st goal for the new season for Inter in the 8th minute after Denzel Dumfries’ assist, and that’s how the 1st half ended.

Again, the Argentinian striker Martinez doubled the result in the 76th minute at Giuseppe Meazza with his 2nd goal in the match after the new signing Marko Arnautovic gave the assist in his debut game. Arnautovic entered from the bench 9 minutes earlier, replacing another new addition – Marcus Thuram.
Inter will play away from home against Cagliari next week, while Monza will host Empoli.
