Zach Wilson was replaced with more than 2 minutes left until the end of the 3rd quarter during his organization’s 32-6 defeat at Highmark Stadium. that means that Zach will not start for the Jets in the upcoming fixture vs. the Miami Dolphins.
After the match, manager Robert Saleh was noncommittal on Wilson – a 1st for this campaign – sharing he will decide who will be the starter for the upcoming clash after watching the tape of the Jets’ 3rd consecutive defeat. New York’s head coach could pick journeyman Tim Boyle, who replaced Wilson with his team down 29-6.
Saleh’s other option is to promote veteran Trevor Siemian from the training squad.
