The Green Bay Packers agreed to sign new one-year contract extension with Jordan Love instead of picking up his fifth-year option. This way the quarterback will be under contract through 2024.
NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported Tuesday that the one-year extension includes $13.5 million guaranteed and can be worth up to $22.5 million, per sources informed of the deal.
The fifth-year option for Love, the No. 26 overall pick, would have been $20.272 million fully guaranteed.
