Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce wrote on social media that he must be a better leader after 2 incidents in which he got in fights with teammates during training.
In today’s practice, Travis threw a left-handed punch at backup LB Jack Cochrane. Yesterday, Kelce got into a shoving match with backup CB Dicaprio Bootle.
Fight: #Chiefs TE Travis Kelce threw a punch at Jack Cochrane which started a very short scuffle between the two.
Kelce probably felt he was hit late.

Teammates broke up each fight.
Under manager Andy Reid, physical altercations between teammates are not common at Kansas City practice. The boss shared after the altercation on Friday that he discourages it.
“Physical altercations are a waste of time,” the head coach claimed. “You get thrown out of matches doing it; you get hurt out here doing it. But they’re going to jaw. It’s hot, humid. They’re going to jaw a little bit. Just as long as no punches are thrown, we are satisfied with that.”
