In the wake of the upcoming 2023-24 season in NBA, Kevin Durant stated that nothing short of a title will be looked upon at the Phoenix Suns.
Speaking to Justin Termine and Eddie Johnson of NBA Today on SiriusXM this week, Durant revealed that his team will be “pounced on” if they fail to deliver the coveted trophy.

“I understand that it’s a part of expectations and the talent level that we have on our team. I don’t even look at it like that. It goes without saying, I always feel like we should be winning every game, and championship is always the goal,” he said.
The Suns finished 4th in the Western Conference, crashing out in the 1/2 final playoffs to the eventual winners the Denver Nuggets.
But with Durant’s first full season in the team, along with the inclusion of high-profile names such as Devin Booker and Bradley Beal the Suns are certainly expected to deliver big.
