The Los Angeles Lakers secured their second win over city rivals the Los Angeles Clippers in just three days, claiming a 108-102 victory on Sunday night. Luka Doncic led the charge with 29 points and nine assists, while LeBron James contributed 17 points to help extend the Lakers’ winning streak to six games.

Rookie Dalton Knecht stepped up with 19 points as the Lakers continued their impressive form, winning 16 of their last 19 matchups despite missing key starters Austin Reaves and Rui Hachimura due to injuries.
Kawhi Leonard delivered a season-best performance with 33 points for the Clippers, who fought back from a 21-point deficit but ultimately fell short, suffering their fifth loss in six games.
Norman Powell, returning from a five-game absence due to a knee injury, scored just four points before exiting in the first quarter with right hamstring soreness.
Much like Friday’s 106-102 showdown, the rematch went down to the wire. Leonard’s clutch three-pointer cut the deficit to 107-102 with 1:40 left, but the Clippers failed to capitalize, missing their final six shot attempts as the Lakers sealed the win.
