McLaren F1 driver Lando Norris thinks that the team can repeat the progress demonstrated by the Aston Martin team within the next year.
Over the course of the opening weekend of the 2023 Formula 1 season, the green cars showed amazing leap forward comparing to last year’s performance. Aston Martin’s progress is within 2.4 seconds,
“I definitely think our car can be adjusted” – Norris told racingnews365.com – “We see how much of a leap the Aston Martin team has made in just one year, the same goes for Ferrari between 2021 and 2022. Yes, in both cases it happened in the wInter, when there is more potential for such progress, but there is no reason why some 50-75% should not be fulfilled already during the course of the season.”, Norris added.
