The Sky Blues won 2-1 at home and is close to winning the title.

Manchester City won with only 1 goal against Leeds 2-1 but now needs only 3 more victories to win the title.

Ilkay Gundogan scored both goals for Guardiola’s team in the 1st half as Riyad Mahrez assisted twice.

Gundogan had a chance to score a hat trick but missed a penalty in the 84th minute as only 1 minute later Rodrigo netted for 2-1, but the home team kept the one-goal lead till the end.

It was interesting that Pep pointed out from the touchline that Erling Haaland has had to take the penalty, not Gundogan.

Man. City is in 1st place with 82 points after 34 matches – 4 more than the Gunners, as both clubs played the same number of games.

Leeds is in 17th place with 30 points after 35 games, and the new head coach, Sam Allardyce, who debuted today, will have a little time to keep them in the Premier League.
