Alejandro Garnacho scored the goal of the season with a bicycle kick after only 3 minutes since the beginning of the match after Diogo Dalot’s assist. Marcus Rashford converted a penalty in the 56th minute to make the Red Devils lead 2-0 goals. Anthony Martial netted in the 75th minute after captain Bruno Fernandes’ assist made Manchester United lead at the Goodison Park classic.
Marcus Rashford has now scored 125 goals for Manchester United. Only 17 other players in the club’s history have scored as many.
