Kylian Mbappe had hit out at his home country for its treatment of the Argentinian superstar Leo Messi when he played in Ligue 1 for 2 years.
Leo joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2021 as a free agent after his deal with Barcelona expired and won the title in France in both of his campaigns with the club, but he was not happy in Paris, as he shared.
His own team fans booed Lionel after PSG was eliminated from the Champions League in the last two years with him.
Mbappe claimed that this was unacceptable behavior and Messi deserved better treatment in Ligue 1, and Kylian also said that he couldn’t understand PSG fans that were happy that he was leaving the club.
