Kylian Mbappe has called his current team PSG ‘divisive’ in his latest interview, which further dents his troubled relationship with the French giants.
“I think that playing for PSG doesn’t help much because it’s a divisive team, a divisive club,” Mbappe said.
“We did what we could [in the Champions League], period. You have to talk to the people who make the team, who organise the squad, who build this club.”
Mbappe contract expires in 2024 and it seems the French striker is dissatisfied with the situation in his club. But the chairman is adamant that he will not let the starlet leave for free next summer.
The 24-year-old became PSG’s all-time goalscorer and he bagged 41 goals last campaign to help his team clinch an 11th league title.
But the main goal once again was missed, as PSG crashed out in the last 16 of the Champions League.
