Lionel was named the world’s best player for the 8th time in October as he triumphed with Argentina in the World Cup in Qatar.
Messi left PSG to ink with Inter Miami during the past summer, and the Floridian club won its 1st title in August – the Leagues Cup.
“We are going to continue progressing and securing the title,” the Argentinian said.
“I hope you are behind us as you did all these months that I’ve been an Inter Miami player.”
Leo was speaking before appearing in his 1st match back in Miami, a friendly vs. New York City, to close the 2023 US campaign.
“I’m certain that we were going to have to enjoy the upcoming game, that we will show our best on the pitch,” added the 8th time Ballon d’Or winner.
