Dallas Mavericks was without their key players against Chicago Bulls on Friday and lost 115-112. Unfortunately, that meant that the franchise was eliminated from the playoffs.
“The NBA commenced an investigation today into the facts and circumstances surrounding the Dallas Mavericks’ roster decisions and game conduct concerning last night’s Chicago Bulls-Mavericks game, including the motivations behind those actions,” NBA put in a statement.
Kyrie Irving, Tim Hardaway Jr., Josh Green, Maxi Kleber, and Christian Wood all missed the critical battle against the Bulls, while their best player Luka Doncic played only the 1st quarter and seconds from the 2nd before leaving the court.
The coach of the Texas franchise Jason Kidd said that it is not his decision but the organization.
