Ja’Whaun was under a deal for 2023 and could earn more than 4 million dollars if we included his salary, bonuses, and incentives. With the 2 season extension, Bentley could secure up to 19 million dollars over the next 3 years. The guaranteed amount is 9 million dollars.
Ja’Whaun will begin his 6th campaign in the NFL, and he is one of the best at his position in the league. Even his coach Jerod Mayo shared last year: I don’t understand why he doesn’t get much hype, but he’s one of the NFL’s best backers.”
The LB began from the 1st minute in all 17 regular-campaign matches the past season and was cited by Mayo as a crucial player in the offseason with his talent and leadership on and off the field.
