Both teams are 50 points after 27 games, but Newcastle has a better goal difference and is in the 3rd place.
The Magpies were the better team in the first half but missed a few good chances as David De Gea was the hero for Man. United got to the end of the first half without conceding a goal.
The second half continued again with dominance from the home team, and in the 65th minute, they finally scored as Saint-Maximin assisted Joe Willock, and he gave his club the lead.
The Magpies missed a big chance after a corner as first De Gea saved, the ball hit the post, and seconds later, the ball again hit the post.

Everything ended when Callum Wilson scored in the 88th minute after an assist from Kieran Trippier and helped his team be in the top 3 in Premier League and look forward to a place in the top 4 at the end of the season.
