AC Milan and Italian national team midfielder Sandro Tonali is close to a transfer to Newcastle, The Athletic reports.
It was previously reported that the English club had offered $50 million for the 23-year-old Italian, but according to the source, Milan rejected the offer. The Magpies raised the offer to $77 million that can go to 80 with the adds-on and now the parties are close to an agreement.
