The Magpies didn’t wait long to open the scoresheet and Jacob Murphy fired a rebound into the top right corner inside the first 2 minutes of play.
Just four minutes later Fabian Schar sent a precise pass to Joelinton, who was able to go around the keeper and slide the ball into the net.

The result got to 3-0 before the 10 minute mark. Jacob Murphy once again took advantage of a rebounded ball and slotted it home with a magnificent strike.
In the 19 minute through ball for Isak make the Swede’s job easy to score. 120 seconds later Seasn Longstaff passed to Isak and the forward scored second in quick succession.

Four minutes into the second half Hary Kane pulled one back for Spurs, but it couldn’t make a difference as Newcastle scored sixth in the 67 minute through Callum Wilson.
