AC Milan finished 0-0 at home against Newcastle in their first Champions League group stage game.
The Rossoneri should feel more sorry not to take the three points after a bunch of excellent scoring opportunities that they squandered especially before the break.
The Italian team also suffered two injured players after Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Mike Maignan left the field with problems.
In the first half, Rafael Leao had an excellent chance to open the scoring after an individual raid, but missed, and Pope made a couple of great saves right after that.

Newcastle were close to a goal in added time of the match, but Marco Sportiello saved the goalless draw.
