Norris triumphs with his 1st ever Formula 1 victory at Miami GP

Lando defeated Max to win the race in Miami.

At his 110th race, Lando Norris finally triumphed in a race in the Formula 1.

The British pilot took advantage when a mid-race Safety Car vaulted him ahead of Red Bull’s Max Verstappen and made him to be ahead of Max as he kept it until the end.

Lando started 6th, but a collision between Williams’ Logan Sargeant and Haas’ Kevin Magnussen on Lap 28 changed the course of the race in Miami.

The Safety Car allowed the British driver to take a free pit-stop and he restarted the race infront of Max Verstappen, who finished almost 8 seconds after him 2nd.

Lando coulnd’t believed that he won his 1st ever F1 race and was very emotional on the team radio. Norris shared with his team that finally he has triumphed and that he seized the opportunity perfectly today.

Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc took the last place in the podium.
