Williams driver Logan Sargent will remain in Formula 1 for the next 2024 season.
The American performed below expectations in his debut season, but despite numerous crashes and damage to the car, which cost a serious amount of money to repair, the team decided to give him another chance the following season.
With the extension of Sargent, officially the whole drivers’ line-up for 2024 is confirmed.
Sargeant claimed one point over the course of 2023 which, added to the 27 scored by team mate Alex Albon, was enough for Williams to rise from the bottom of the F1 constructors’ standings to seventh position.
