The game will be hosted at the Accor Arena in the French capital

The Brooklyn Nets and Cleveland Cavaliers will play an NBA regular-season game in Paris early next year, the league announced.

The match will take place on January 11 at Accor Arena, approximately seven months prior to the Summer Olympics in the French capital and it will be the second for the Nets in the Paris. In 2008, they participated in a friendly match.

For Cleveland, this will be the first match in Europe as the tickets for the match will go on sale soon.

The rumors about an NBA game being played in Paris were circulating for a while, but most of the fans expected the meeting will include San Antonio Spurs, who signed the French sensation Victor Wembanyama.
