The Red Devils’ Andre Onana has responded to words of praise from the Sky Blues head coach Pep Guardiola as he continues to revive his career on loan at Trabzonspor. He is showing great things in Turkey, and supporters are wondering why he didn’t play like that while he was part of Manchester United.
Andre’s move to Trabzonspor was very surprising given the fact that the team finished 7th in the past campaign and will not play in the European tournaments. However, with transfer windows closed in most places, Onana decided that it’s better to play there rather than to remain at Old Trafford.
“The most important thing for me is to do the things that will help my teammates,” Onana revealed. “If I must begin the attack, I analyze it first. There are things that I must see when I am playing with the ball. But in the end, if they help me on the pitch, everything looks very easy.”
🚨 Andre Onana has been shining at the Super Lig. Trabzonspor opened their doors to the latter, and he's been sensational so far.
