The Phoenix Suns are set to appoint Frank Vogel as the new head coach.

Phoenix offered Frank the job today and is now finalizing the details, as it is expected to be a long-term contract that will make Vogel the new manager of the franchise’s superstars – Devin Booker and Kevin Durant.

Frank Vogel, who won the NBA title in 2020 with the Los Angeles Lakers in the bubble, was among the final choices for the new head coach, along with Doc Rivers and Phoenix assistant Kevin Young. His best characteristic as a manager is that his teams play great in defense.

Nick Nurse was also among the candidates for the Suns head coach job, but the former Toronto Raptors manager decided to accept the Philadelphia 76ers job.
