The Pittsburgh Penguins decided to keep goalie Tristan Jarry and ink him to a 5-season, almost 27 million dollar contract that carries almost 5.4 million dollars annually.
The Penguins have agreed to terms with goaltender Tristan Jarry on a five-year contract.
The deal begins in the 2023.24 season and runs through the 2027.28 campaign, carrying an average annual value of $5.375 million.

The goaltender spent his entire 7-campaign career in the National Hockey League with the franchise.
In the past campaign, Jarry had a 24-13-7 record with almost 3 goals against average and a .909 save percentage in 47 matches.
Tristan had a 3-year, almost 11 million-dollar contract he inked in 2020. He received every year 3.5 million dollars.
The goalie was drafted in the 2nd round, with the 44th pick by Pittsburgh at the 2013 NHL Draft, and played 206 matches with the franchise in the league.
The Penguins also inked goalie Alex Nedelkovic to a 1-year, 1.5 million dollar deal.
