Mitch Trubisky will replace him at the QB position for Pittsburgh on Thursday.
A famous reporter claims that Kenny will be out for around a month with the problem with his right ankle.
The Steelers QB1 suffered the problem in the 2nd quarter of his team’s 24-10 defeat against the Arizona Cardinals and did not return to the field.
Trubisky played in his absence and finished the clash 11-of-17 for 117 yards and a TD. However, Mitch also lost a fumble.
Pickett, in his 2nd campaign, has thrown for 2,070 yards with 6 TDs and 4 picks. Despite the weekend’s defeat, Pittsburgh (7-5) remains in postseason position in the AFC.
