Raiders defensive end Jones arrested in Las Vegas

Las Vegas Raiders DE Chandler Jones was arrested today in Las Vegas.

The defensive end was listed as an inmate at the Clark County Detention Center today. The NFL player violated a domestic violence temporary protective order and was being held on 15,000 dollars bail. Chandler paid his bail and will be in court on December 4^th.

The NFL organization announced on social media that the franchise is “hopeful that Chandler Jones receives the care that he needs. The player, his family, and all those around him are in our thoughts.” The team added that they have nothing more to say because it is an ongoing investigation.

The defensive end is yet to play in the NFL this campaign and has been away from the franchise since Labor Day weekend, when he posted on social media blaming the coaches, the owner, and the GM. Las Vegas placed him on the non-football illness list on September 20^th.
