The Toronto team continued their fine run of form

The Toronto Raptors emerged victorious against the Dallas Mavericks 127-116 to complete a 2-game sweep on Wednesday night.

Pascal Siakam and OG Anunoby were at it once again, just like their brilliant display against San Antonio three nights ago, when they overcame a 22 points deficit.

Siakam had 31 points and 12 rebounds, while Anunoby finished with 26. It was Siakam’s best scoring game since the season start.

“He’s been putting all the work in,” Raptors coach Darko Rajakovic said. “He got us in a really amazing spot in the first half and just continued down the stretch making the right plays.”

Luka Doncic, as expected, was the highest scorer for Dallas with 31 points, while Kyrie Irving added another 22, as the Mavs succumbed to their first loss in four games.

“We had 11 turnovers in the first half,” Dallas coach Jason Kidd said. “A lot of their points in the paint were in transition. If you don’t take care of the ball … they’re going to get out and run and they did that at a high level tonight.”
