The draw for the Champions League playoffs took place today in Switzerland.
The most interesting clash at the 1/8 finals will be between Real Madrid and Manchester City. The 2 teams will face each other again in the playoffs in the UCL, as that happened in the past season also.

Another very interesting tie will be that between PSG and Chelsea. The reigning champs will face the Blues as the 2 giants will fight for a place in the ¼ finals.
Barcelona will face Newcastle as the sides already played during the main phase of the competition. Another matchup between Spanish and English clubs will be Atletico Madrid against Tottenham.
Galatasaray, who eliminated Juventus after extra time, will face Liverpool, while Atalanta will be an outsider in their tie with Bayern Munich.
FK Bodø/Glimt, who shocked Inter and beat them twice, will play against Sporting Lisbon, while the Premier League leaders Arsenal, who top the main stage of the UCL, will have a German opponent – Bayer Leverkusen.
The 1st matches from the playoffs are on March 10th and 11th, while the 2nd legs are a week later.
