The Gunners player Declan Rice has shared that he and his teammates must work on their mentality after yesterday’s shocking league defeat against Fulham.
The North London club have triumphed in just 1 of their last 6 matches in all tournaments and are without a victory in their last 3 Premier League away games.
Rice admitted what must change to Sky Sports: “It is not good enough. The standards that we demand in the current campaign have not been met in the past 2 matches.
“We let the supporters down, and we let ourselves down. We must take more control. We must have more self-belief and more desire; the mentality is 1 of our biggest problems.
“That’s where we push and want more from each other. Arsenal wants to win the Premier League, and the goals we have conceded are not of a team of championship caliber.”
Declan Rice: “There’s been a blip in the road. There’s no need to panic, there’s still so many games to go. We need to stay positive. This is not the time to be negative. We’ve got a great manager, a great set of players and we will keep going.” pic.twitter.com/JEkPJAcHTY
