NY Jets QB Aaron Rodgers, attempting to make an unprecedented return from an ACL, claimed today he’s “obviously ahead of schedule” but cautioned that he needs to overcome many difficulties before he can compete in the NFL again.
Aaron, in his weekly spot on “The Pat McAfee Show,” shared it “makes absolutely no sense” to name a certain period of time when he will be on the field. However, the veteran QB admitted that he would love to play again this campaign. For this to become possible, Rodgers must achieve specific things in his recovery, such as training and the franchise to give him the green light. The quarterback added that he is hopeful that he can get to these discussions.
