Napoli have already chosen a potential successor to their coach Rudi Garcia, Italian media reports and this is Antonio Conte.
Club president Aurelio De Laurentiis has opened talks with the former Juventus, Chelsea, Inter and Tottenham boss in a bid to convince him to accept the Italian champions’ offer. Napoli believe he is the only coach available who can get the team back on track. Therefore, if the 54-year-old specialist agrees to take over the team, De Laurentiis will propose to Garcia that the two parties separate by mutual consent.
For now, it seems that the backup option for a new coach is Igor Tudor, who has expressed his desire to lead the Neapolitan team.
Antonio Conte to Napoli is starting to heat up 🔥
Radio Kiss Kiss confirmed he’s in talks to take over and would be very happy to as he’s convinced the squad is strong enough 🇮🇹
His important demand more than the money is to make sure he has enough power within the club.

Conte himself was among the guests at Juventus’ celebration of Agnelli’s 100th anniversary at the club last night, having been asked by Gianluca Di Marzio if he intends to return to coaching any time soon, he said: “For now, I’m enjoying the time with my family. I made a clear choice when I decided to leave Tottenham. I want to rest and enjoy my family. Yet you know that a lot can happen during that time. But now I want to enjoy this situation and what surrounds me. Napoli? Look, I have to show a lot of respect and good manners. I say again: we are here to enjoy tonight,” he replied.
